Need help with Nyxih?
Use the contact options below and include enough detail so we can understand the issue quickly.

Nyxih is verified and available for Discord servers.

You can add Nyxih to your community and start using its tools directly through Discord. If something does not work as expected, contact support or join the official Discord server.

Nyxih depends on Discord’s platform, permissions, and app requirements. If Discord changes access rules or requires additional review at larger scale, we will update this page.

For help with Nyxih features, setup, Premium, billing questions, or technical issues:

Please include:

  • a short description of the problem

  • the feature area, such as Moderation, Events, Reminders, Notes, Tickets, Premium, or Dashboard

  • your Discord server ID, if the issue is server-specific

  • screenshots only if they do not expose private messages, secrets, payment details, or sensitive personal data

Privacy and data requests

For privacy questions, data deletion requests, or GDPR-related requests:

Nyxih also provides in-bot privacy tools:

  • users can open My Panel → Privacy & Data to schedule Delete my data

  • server owners or authorized admins can open Control Panel → Privacy & Data to schedule Delete server data

  • both deletion flows have a 7-day cancellation window

Security, abuse, or urgent safety issues

If you need to report a serious security, abuse, safety, or privacy issue, contact: privacy@nyxih.com

Use a clear subject such as:

Security report
Abuse report
Privacy request
Data deletion issue

Please do not include unnecessary sensitive data. If screenshots are needed, remove or blur private information where possible.
